The minimum price quoted is valid for projects of standard complexity, which are common in scope and specification. However, for more complex cases, such as large-scale, block areas or commercial properties, prices are set individually according to the scale and specifics of the project.

It is important to note that the price covers only the adjustment and preparation of the detailed plan itself. If the project requires additional services, such as topographical photographs or cadastral surveys of land parcels, these services are ordered and paid for separately.
